4. Volunteers

WG2015 needs up to 4 000 vol­un­teers, who will be trained to per­form di­verse tasks. How­ever the fol­low­ing points are re­quired to all:

Be friendly and fol­low good man­ners. Re­mem­ber that you will be wear­ing WG2015’s cloth­ing, there­fore rep­re­sent­ing the event!

Take your own ini­tia­tive and be help­ful. Be ready to help both par­tic­i­pants and other vol­un­teers from other sec­tors. If you do not know the an­swer to a ques­tion, ask the in­quire to wait and find out the an­swer.

Com­mit to your work­ing shifts. How­ever, if it hap­pens, that you can­not at­tend a spe­cific shift, you must re­port it to your team man­ager as early as pos­si­ble, to fa­cil­i­tate re­place­ment. Note that you will have to find your own re­place­ment for the shift.

By fol­low­ing these steps, you will guar­an­tee all the par­tic­i­pants a com­fort­able and smooth ex­pe­ri­ence of the event. Also, the best pos­si­ble work­ing en­vi­ron­ment to all the vol­un­teers. It is much ap­pre­ci­ated that you get in­volved in mak­ing pos­si­ble to of­fer this ex­pe­ri­ence to all gym­nasts of all ages from around the world.
