4.10. Insurance Coverage

All vol­un­teers liv­ing in Fin­land will be cov­ered by the Po­hjolan Tu­platurva in­sur­ance.

If you are a vol­un­teer liv­ing abroad send us your de­tails by the June 30th. Re­quired in­for­ma­tion to be cov­ered by the in­sur­ance:

• Birth­day date
• Pass­port num­ber
• Trav­el­ling in­for­ma­tion – ar­rival and de­par­ture (train, boat or plane num­ber).

If you have an ac­ci­dent con­tact the Vol­un­teers’ Of­fice as soon as pos­si­ble.

Ev­ery­one in the event who works as vol­un­teer is re­spon­si­ble for the se­cu­rity of the event. If you no­tice any flaws with the event’s se­cu­rity, make sure to in­form your team leader, in or­der to have the mat­ter fixed.
