4.12. Final Gathering and Certificates for Volunteers

A Fi­nal So­cial Gath­er­ing will be held on Sun­day July 19th, af­ter the WG2015, from 13:00 to 16:00 at the Get To­gether area. The event is for all the WG2015 vol­un­teers. The pro­gramme in­cludes a sur­prise band, a lot­tery, snacks, cof­fee, tea, cake and bev­er­ages. On the day you come to pick up your vol­un­teer clothes and pass, be ready to tell us whether you will par­tic­i­pate or not this event.

Vol­un­teers will also re­ceive a vol­un­teer cer­tifi­cate the 15th WG2015 in Hel­sinki. Note, that it’s pos­si­ble for you to take your friend’s cer­tifi­cate if he/she is un­able to at­tend. Vol­un­teers can also get their cer­tifi­cate af­ter­wards from the Finnish Gym­nas­tics Fed­er­a­tion, con­tact should be made to toimisto(at)voimis­telu.fi
